I received the item after 5 weeks, I didn`t like the initial rings so I returned it. Amy was understanding and she made a second ring I chose. It also took about 5 weeks or so to be delivered. She replies messages when she can and quite professional. I love the final product of the ring I chose and it`s beautiful. Rating it 4 stars because of the long wait time. The product description said 2-3 weeks. The packaging was delivered in a cheap ring box of paper which was different from the previous ring that was delivered. I`m hoping the ring last forever and I will not be changing it.
