I wish I could put into words how thankful I was for Amy. Any concerns, questions, or comments I had were immediately answered in the most caring and understanding way. Even if I know I was being overbearing and repetitive, Amy was there with a consent reassuring and positive presence. The ring size was exact to my finger. The gemstone is absolutely perfect. The band is extremely sturdy but also dainty. I am blown away. Sadly, pictures do not do this ring justice. It is STUNNING in person. I am overwhelmingly happy with my ring.

The ring was not exactly as per the photo unfortunately, but the reason why I’m giving a 5 star is because Amy was willing to fix the differences for us. My fiancé and I decided to keep the ring after some thought, the ring is still very beautiful! The ring came in a beautiful wooden heart shaped box, which was a cherry on top!!!!
